Welcome to the website of Melaka River Walk. This website was created to compliment our Tourism Melaka web portal site and to promote our Melaka River Walk.

Melaka River Walk was modelled after the San Antonio River Walk in Texas which was created in 1968. Over the years, it has become one of San Antonio's Must see tourist attraction besides the Al Alamo in Texas.

The Melaka River was rejunevated from 2000 and took 10 years to complete. Now, Melaka River Cruise is a must for all visitors to Melaka.

However, more promotion and activities must be undertakened t turn the Melaka River Walk into a bustling commercial and recreation area for all to enjoy.

We want to promote Melaka River Walk to the World and has taken this private initiative.
